EFT Tapping for Emotional Eating
Begin tapping on the Karate Chop point. Karate Chop:

  • Tap on the karate chop point while repeating the setup statement three times.
  • Tap on each of the following points while saying the reminder phrases:
  • Setup phrase:  Even though I struggle with emotional eating and turn to food when I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
    1. Eyebrow: I feel so overwhelmed
    2. Side of Eye: Food is the only thing that makes me feel better
    3. Under Eye: But then I feel guilty for giving in
    4. Under Nose: I want to break this cycle of emotional eating
    5. Chin: I want to find healthier ways to cope with my emotions
    6. Collarbone: I choose to release the hold that food has on me
    7. Under Arm: I am capable of finding peace and comfort within myself
    8. Top of Head: I am in control of my choices and my emotions
    9. I struggle with emotional eating
    10. I turn to food when I feel stressed or overwhelmed
    11. I feel guilty for giving in to emotional eating
    12. I want to break this cycle of emotional eating
    13. I want to find healthier ways to cope with my emotions
    14. I feel out of control when it comes to food
