What does music do for you?

When people do not feel good I recommend movement. When you move, your breathing changes. More blood circulates and clears stagnation from the body mind and spirit.

The second thing they can do is move to the music. Just enjoy the sound of the instruments or the voice. If inspired to do so, then dance and sing.

Music is just great but there is a caution. Music can also send you into a downward spiral as you become aware of the emotions that come to the surface.  If you are heartbroken do not go and find a song about missing the other person. Instead, find uplifting songs that make you want to wave your arms

At the end of the day as an anxiety specialist, I highly recommend anything that will shift the way you feel.
